I have an idea to make newcoming soldiers more elite!
Basically it's a cadet system, here's the proccess.
There are Trainers, Cadets, The Overseer, and the Watchers.
The Trainers well, train the Cadets, duh.
The cadets are the ones being trained, pretty obvious.
Watchers watch Cadets and point out ones who look ready
The Overseer is the holder of the group.
The Trainers hold trainings and take Cadets on raids/defenses. The watchers watch the Cadets. The Watchers will need to be ACTIVE members. So if a watcher thinks a cadet is ready, he tells a trainer and the trainer schedules a date for the cadet to take a graduation test.
This test covers grammar (Preferred, not needed)
Gunfighting
Swordfighting
And a test basically covering SCR rules and ect.
Just a suggestion, could make SCR's soldiers even more elite. :S
