I disagree. If you look at America, you have a president. The president is the "Commander of Military Actions." He is America's president, and a commander. Yet that doesn't mean America isn't a democracy. (I know, America is a republician democracy, but you can't possibly be talking about a REAL democracy. Ew! Too ugly and complex) | |
